NRF – Customer Service & Sales Certification

(In partnership with the National Retail Federation)

Individuals participate in trainings geared to prepare them for passing a national, industry-driven assessment based on national skill standards recognized by high performance employers from the retail, wholesale, personal services, and real estate industries.

National Certifications are available in Customer Service & Sales. The Customer Service & Sales Certification curriculum is designed to help entry-level sales and service associates learn skills related to frontline work in retail (or any industry that values customer service and sales skills). Individuals taking the course will learn:

Customer Service & Sales Certification is a classroom-based, instructor-led program that typically takes 40-60 hours to complete, depending on group size. Employment Resources Incorporated (ERI) is an official assessment site for the program.
